Integrative Approach
We explore not only the surface issues but also the underlying patterns shaping your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. This approach addresses the roots of difficulties rather than just managing symptoms.
Therapeutic Approaches I Use
Psychodynamic and Relational Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy explores how early relationships, attachment patterns, and unconscious processes shape who we are today. The relationship between client and therapist itself becomes a place of healing and insight often revealing patterns in real time that we can then examine and understand together.
AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy)
AEDP is a relationally focused, emotion-based approach that works to undo emotional aloneness and transform trauma through carefully attuned, corrective emotional experiences. Rather than just talking about pain, AEDP works at the emotional level helping clients move through stuck feelings toward genuine transformation.
CPT for Trauma
Cognitive Processing Therapy is an evidence-based treatment specifically designed for PTSD and trauma-related patterns. CPT focuses on examining and restructuring stuck beliefs that developed as a result of traumatic experiences beliefs about safety, trust, power, esteem, and intimacy.
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
ACT helps clients build psychological flexibility the ability to remain present, accept difficult internal experiences without fighting them, and move toward a life guided by values rather than avoidance. It is particularly useful for anxiety, perfectionism, and chronic stress.
CBT-Based Tools
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy provides practical skills for identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns, behavioral cycles, and emotional responses. CBT-based tools are often used alongside deeper relational work to support concrete, day-to-day change.s on examining and restructuring stuck beliefs that developed as a result of traumatic experiences beliefs about safety, trust, power, esteem, and intimacy.
