My fee for individual psychotherapy is $195 per 50-55 minute session (standard therapy hour).

I also offer a free 15-minute consultation to help us determine therapeutic fit and address any initial questions you may have.
Several reduced-fee, sliding-scale openings may be available depending on need for clients who are unable to submit a superbill to their insurance company. If you’re wondering whether this applies to you, we can talk about it together.

I Am Not Yet Credentialed With Insurance Panels

Currently, I am not contracted with any insurance companies under my private practice. This means our work together would be considered out-of-network.
Many clients choose to work with me as an out-of-network clinician and use their benefits for partial reimbursement. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. They will then determine your reimbursement based on your specific plan.

If you’re unsure what your plan includes, here are some helpful questions to ask your insurance provider:
-
Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?
-
What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed for CPT code 90834 or 90837?
-
Is there a deductible I need to meet before benefits apply?
-
Is reimbursement based on the session fee or the insurer’s “allowable amount”?
-
How do I submit superbills for reimbursement?

I’m happy to help you navigate these questions so you feel supported and steady as you move through the logistics.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. I currently accept:
-
Debit or credit cards
-
HSA/FSA cards
-
